Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and, for customers from other European Union countries, are displayed in the customer's local currency, automatically calculated at the current exchange rate. The charge is made in the currency displayed at checkout. In case of a refund, the amount is returned in the same currency and may vary slightly from the original amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Shipping is free for Italy and the European Union. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card · PayPal · Shop Pay · Apple Pay · Google Pay.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Italy and throughout the European Union. Shipping is free with no minimum purchase threshold. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

The times indicated are estimates and may vary based on destination, courier, and any exceptional circumstances (holidays, weather conditions, etc.). All shipments are tracked. The tracking number is sent to the customer via email as soon as the shipment is entrusted to the courier.

Responsibility

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging. In case of visible damage, you can accept the shipment with reservation and contact us promptly, attaching photographs of the package and product if possible.

Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for conformity defects. If an accessory has a manufacturing defect, you will be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. For more information, please consult our Legal Product Guarantee page.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide any reason, provided the product has not been used and is in its original condition. Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. For more details, consult our Return Policy.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized at the explicit request of the customer (e.g., bags with initials, logos, or other customizations ordered by the customer), pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute related to the purchase, we invite you to contact us primarily via email at info@vetrinafiorentina.com or through the Contact page. We will try to resolve any issue quickly and amicably. In case of disagreement, the consumer may contact competent mediation or conciliation bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/2010, or appeal to the Court of their place of residence or domicile.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile is competent, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.
