Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide any reason.

How to request a return

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product via email at info@vetrinafiorentina.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. You can also contact us via our Contact Us page.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the product must be returned within 14 days of the communication, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Product Condition

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: intact, unused, with all original accessories and in its original packaging. Damaged, used, or products without original packaging cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any loss during return transit.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized upon explicit request of the customer (e.g., bags with initials, logos, or other customizations ordered by the customer), sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once opened, and products that by their nature cannot be reshipped.
