Ethics

Because too often we hear about child labor exploitation or the use of undocumented workers. Only master artisans with proven experience, and who are regularly registered with the Chamber of Commerce, are admitted to our organization.

Adherence to SA8000 ethical standards is currently undergoing an assessment aimed at obtaining Ethical certification. Italian craftsmanship must set a good example, in order to encourage large distribution companies to comply with ethical standards, with the priority of abolishing child labor exploitation.

Ecology

Because respect for the environment must be paramount for all of us, and particularly for manufacturing companies.

With this in mind, we have chosen to limit the use of synthetic products or materials as much as possible and to use vegetable-tanned leather, avoiding the use of chromium or other heavy metals. Our tannery suppliers are located in S. Croce sull' Arno (PI), an area known nationally for leather production. Interiors are lined with leather or polyester, avoiding nylon or other synthetic materials.

We do not use so-called "eco-leather" (which is not ecological at all as it is synthetic) because it is not possible to recycle the waste materials that would result from it: most of the raw materials we use, however, have a low environmental impact, are recyclable, or completely biodegradable.

Research

Because the best ideas come from research. Agents and customers are our most important collaborators, and it is from this continuous exchange that new models and collections are born. Raw material suppliers allow us to constantly renew our offering, presenting new materials, new accessories, and new combinations that bring to life collections always curated in every detail.

Quality

Because customer satisfaction is our primary goal and a source of pride for the company. For this reason, we believe it is important to establish a relationship of trust with our customers, also by maintaining a fair quality/price ratio. All our products are covered by a 24-month warranty which includes free repairs to the leather, unless it has been misused.

Furthermore, adherence to ISO 9001 Quality standards makes the organization's operations transparent and assures the customer of the company's willingness and ability to meet possible market needs and to be present when necessary.
