Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will promptly notify you by email to arrange a refund or, where possible, a replacement.
Prices and payment methods
Prices are shown in euros (€). Shipping is free for orders to Italy and the European Union.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to Italy and throughout the European Union. Products are shipped directly to customers by Old Angler, our supplier and manufacturer. Vetrina Fiorentina remains the seller and your point of contact for orders, customer support and return requests.
We forward the shipping request on the day the order is placed. On business days, orders are normally dispatched the same day. From handover to the carrier, estimated delivery times are 2–3 business days in Italy and 4–5 business days in other European Union countries. These times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and exceptional circumstances, such as holidays or weather conditions.
All shipments are tracked. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order is handed over to the carrier.
Responsibilities
When your order arrives, please check that the package is intact. Report any visible damage to the carrier and, where the carrier’s procedure allows it, accept the shipment with a specific note of the damage or follow the carrier’s instructions.
Contact us as soon as possible and, if available, include photographs of the packaging and product so that we can properly handle your report.
Legal guarantee
All products purchased by consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may be entitled, in the circumstances provided by law, to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the last item in the order, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an explicit notice within this period by email to info@vetrinafiorentina.it, giving your order number. You do not need to explain the reason for the return.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notification.
You may handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return it intact, with any accessories and its original packaging, avoiding use or handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
The direct cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Any standard delivery costs paid for the order will also be refunded. Additional costs for a delivery method you chose that is more expensive than standard delivery will not be refunded.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalised according to the customer’s instructions, in the circumstances provided by applicable law, such as bags with initials, logos or other personalisations ordered by the customer.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the court at the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, within the limits and under the conditions provided by applicable law.
