Refund policy and right of withdrawal
Thank you for shopping with Vetrina Fiorentina. Your satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and returning a product.
Right of withdrawal
Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving a reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Contact us within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order by emailing info@vetrinafiorentina.it and include your order number. You do not need to give a reason for the return. You can also contact us through our Contact page.
Vetrina Fiorentina manages the return procedure and provides return instructions. Vetrina Fiorentina remains the seller and your point of contact for customer support and return requests.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notification.

Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
Product condition
You may handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return it intact, with any accessories and its original packaging, avoiding use or handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
Refund
We will refund the payments received, including any standard delivery costs paid for the order, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Once we receive the returned product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier, we process the refund within 5 days, without extending the 14-day period from notification of withdrawal stated above.
Any additional costs for a delivery method you chose that is more expensive than standard delivery will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
Where provided for by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the customer’s instructions, such as bags with initials, logos or other customizations requested by the customer.
