Shipping policy

Vetrina Fiorentina ships to Italy and throughout the European Union.

Products are shipped directly to customers by Old Angler, our supplier and manufacturer. Vetrina Fiorentina remains the seller and your point of contact for orders, customer support and return requests.

Preparation and dispatch

We forward the shipping request on the day the order is placed. On business days, orders are normally dispatched the same day.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders to Italy and the European Union, with no minimum order value.

Estimated delivery times from handover to the carrier

  • Italy: 2–3 business days.
  • Other European Union countries: 4–5 business days.

These times refer to the shipment’s actual transit time, starting when it is handed over to the carrier, and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and exceptional circumstances, such as holidays or weather conditions.

Tracking

All shipments are tracked. The tracking number is emailed to the customer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Checking your delivery

When your order arrives, please check that the package is intact. Report any visible damage to the carrier and, where the carrier’s procedure allows it, accept the shipment with a specific note of the damage or follow the carrier’s instructions. Contact us as soon as possible and, if available, include photos of the package and product.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is absent, the carrier will leave a notice and may offer another delivery attempt or make the package available for collection within the specified period. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to the sender.

We will contact you to agree on the most suitable solution. Any costs for shipping the order again will be communicated in advance and may be charged only when they relate to the reason for the failed delivery and are permitted by applicable law. If another shipment is not possible, we will proceed in accordance with applicable law.
