Leather is a natural material and can show small variations. The label “eco-leather” is used ambiguously: always check the composition, because depending on the context it may refer to synthetic or recycled materials, or to leather made with a particular process.
Protection from heat and humidity
Protect leather from heat, which could dry out its natural oils, and from humidity. Nourish it periodically to maintain its softness. Keep leather away from direct sunlight to prevent color loss.
If the leather gets wet
If the leather gets wet, dry it as soon as possible with a soft cloth without rubbing, and fill the inside with paper to absorb residual moisture. Let it dry naturally without placing it near heat sources.
Storage
Do not overfill the leather bag: it could lose its original shape. Use the supplied dust bag to store it or to protect it from scratches. Try not to stack two bags of different colors: dark colors can transfer to lighter colors, staining them irreparably.
Cleaning
Clean leather with a soft cloth and a dedicated product that is compatible with its finish. For a persistent stain, avoid solvents and aggressive home remedies and consult a specialist. Always test a product on a hidden area first, and do not spray perfume directly on the surface because it may alter the colour.
